What is an Enchanted Garden Installation?
Todd Zimmerman, of New Hope Natural Media, greeted me in the New Hope friendly style in my first hour on opening day. In my portable cart, I have fresh Peppermint scented geraniums, and a wreath on its way to the Show Management Office. Todd is wearing some Rosemary in his nametag. I know his experience at the Expo has been enlivened.
Each time, I create an Altar of live
plants, I call this an Enchanted Garden Installation. Regardless of physical discomfort, it is the plants and this service that carries me into an altered state of joy and service. In this act of service I become an Enchanted Gardener. The Enchanted Garden
is a name for our renewed Earth that grows one Seed and Seed Dream
at a time. When we establish natural ambiance in our lives, and at our conferences, we create uplifting areas-- "All of one Piece" using Feng Shui principles. We, ourselves, become
"All of one Peace." Success is naturally inspired when plants are present. Business is blooming.
Over the years, through the help of assistants, I have created numbers of Enchanted Garden Installations.
I have created large Enchanted
Garden Installations for four International Feng Shui Conferences.
I have created conference Altars
in a number of these Installations, where attendees found time and place to write out their Seed Dreams
and have an opportunity to receive heirloom seeds or baby herb plants to adopt.

Our First Enchanted Garden Installations
In the early 80's I created Enchanted Garden Installations for the Mandala Conference, a birthing place for the Holistic Health movement. This was a large room filled with plants. As a result, I was given a UN Peace Medal by Robert Muller, then Undersecretary
general of the UN for the work he believes I would do in my life.

Professor Thomas Yun Lin, Feng Shui master teacher,
breathes in some fresh aromaticherbs before offering his closing ceremonyfor the Third International Feng Shui Conference in Monterey, May '99. The use of fresh aromatic herbs in the business setting lessens tension. In the conference setting Enchanted Garden installations have been enthusiastically received.

Each November, I provide an Enchanted Garden Installation at the
of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioners.
As the Natural Products Industry grows, we will be hurting ourselves if we leave out living plants in our lives.
We have not even scratched the surface of understanding Nature's Original Technology. I know this through my experience with debilitating near lifelong arthritis.

where I and staff create an Enchanted Garden
each Fall ll for more than 400 professionals and students, bliss out after enhaling fresh herbs, hearing poetry, and planting seed dreams. My intent, where ever I go is to create more gardeners. I am overcome by this passion that takes me for moments beyond physical limits.
